Communication skills for effective doctor-patient relationship (course):

This course was started in 2004 and since then, is being provided regularly until present. Three versions of this course are available, a one-day course (5-6 hours)  a two-day course (10 hours) and a three-day course (15 hours) . The course targets postgraduate doctors and medical students starting from the fourth year medical school as well as nurses.Starting the academic year 2018-2019, a 20-hour extended course curriculum to medical students at Cairo University, the credit hour system is also being provided.The course is provided on a regular basis at the Medical Education Development Center of Cairo University to Master degree candidates and at the Doctors’ Medical syndicate of Cairo to doctors from all over Egypt. It has also been provided to the staff in a long list of medical organizations, governmental and private, and also, in addition to doctors in Egypt, to doctors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Sudan.Some of the dates & venue where the course was held are on this link 

Basic and clinical immunology for physicians (course):

the first version of this course was given in 2003. It is a very simplified course in immunology and targets physicians from different medical disciplines and also pharmacists working in the field of immunology. It is a 10-hour course that was scheduled regularly to the junior doctors at the different medical departments of Cairo University. Later, it was held at different organizations in Egypt (as Cairo Kidney Center) and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Dr. Soliman Fakeeh hospital and Kind Fahd hospital in Jeddah and staff of different pharmaceutical companies).

Clinical rheumatology: an introduction to symptoms and signs (course):

this course targets rheumatologists mainly and also orthopedic doctors and interested internists and sports medicine specialists. It is provided once per year at the department of rheumatology at Cairo University.

Rheumatoid arthritis for undergraduate students (lecture):

every 3rd week throughout the academic year starting 2014 until present.

Rheumatoid arthritis for non-rheumatologists (course):

this one-day course targets general practitioners and internists who see a lot of rheumatoid arthritis patients in regions where there are no rheumatologists available.

Teamwork (lecture):

this is one of the lectures of a 16-lecture course (over 4 months) for Research Coordinators at Cairo University that targets prospective research coordinators from all the faculties of the university and is held once or twice per year.

Professionalism: how to teach it (lecture):

this is one of the lectures of a 16-lecture course (over 4 months) for Medical Education at Cairo University that targets prospective staff at the faculties of medicine of the different universities in Egypt and outside and is held twice per year.

Customer service in the field of medical practice (course):

this course is provided twice a year to the staff at Keprc Clinics in Cairo and, upon invitation, is also provided at different private medical facilities. The course combines NLP theories with the basic principles of customer service with expert personal experience in this field.
